A natural leader mixed with HUMOR, celebrity impressions and considered one of the most gifted story tellers in America coupled with his passion for people it is hard to experience a more inspirational assembly. Frank was a coach, played three seasons of basketball in high school. Elected President of the Student Government when he was in junior high and crowned “Prom King” his senior year out of 1,200 students in his public high school. As an adult, he worked 17 years on Capitol Hill in various capacities and served as a speechwriter to the House Majority Leader of Congress, aide to Governor of Maryland, appointed floor staff of the United States Senate assisting all 100 U.S. Senators on a daily basis. He worked in the Presidential Correspondence of both President Clinton & George W Bush, respectively at The White House and even served a stint with the United States Capitol Police before stepping out to speak across America. The one thing he “gets” is that people matter and you can have charisma, credentials and contacts but if you don’t have character you will lose in the long run. Frank was an “extra” in the final fight scene of ROCKY BALBOA starring Sylester Stallone and Frank is big on perseverance and patriotism!

Frank Shelton is a man with a message and on a mission – Frank partners with teachers, faculty and staff to help their students reach their full potential. Frank didn’t walk away from Congress to play games or pass time or be mediocre but is a living example that success is not possible without sacrifice. He sacrificed his professional career to pour into students personally around the Globe. Frank’s mother is a retired teacher and he knows firsthand the importance of education and life coaching.
