Honestly, I was going to call this post “de ja vu<\/strong>.” It is always a treat when you get to re-visit something special. Talk about a BLAST from the PAST! This past month was a whirlwind and I spoke twice in Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, Georgia<\/strong> and just returned this week from speaking 8x in Arkansas<\/strong>. It was my priviege to address audiences in both public and private schools, various churches, FCA assembly, youth rally and while in Monroe, Louisiana, I even got to visit firsthand the headquarters of America’s number one tv show “DUCK DYNASTY<\/strong>!” They are what they are all QUACKED up to be \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

Last weekend, I flew into the new Bill Clinton National Airport <\/strong>in Little Rock, AR and the moment we landed I asked my host to take me by the Presidential Library. After working 17 years on Capitol Hill, it was my honor to serve as a volunteer in the Presidential Correspondence Office at The White House <\/strong>for both President Clinton and George W Bush<\/strong><\/strong>, respectively. I had the West Wing Tour while working in Washington, DC and it never got old to me. I walked through those gates as if it were the first time and knowing it could be my last. What history and honor are in those hallowed halls.<\/p>\n

I must admit, it was a privilege for me to see firsthand the Clinton Library and many of the artifacts and gifts looked very familiar. The exact Cadillac that you see as soon as you enter the library is the same one I got a picture of while at The White House in mid 1990’s. The highlight for me was peeking in the Oval Office<\/strong>. It is not only an exact replica but the carpet with the embroidered Presidential seal is the SAME rug that President Clinton had in The White House along with the same furniture during his tenure. It was the real deal! I always loved the color scheme he picked with the red, white, blue and golden colors.<\/p>\n

While on the tour last week, my friends asked me to impersonate President Bill Clinton <\/strong>while at the Oval Office and the security at the Presidential Library LOVED it! Honestly, they went “WILD!” Ironically, I was a guest last year on Governor Sarah Palin’s <\/strong>Radio show ON AIR impersonating President Ronald Reagan <\/strong>on his 101st birthday. It was a treat to briefly impersonate President Clinton while back at the Oval. While returning to Washington, DC yesterday it was fitting that I flew into Clinton’s Airport but returned flying home to President Reagan’s Airport. #MyFellowAmericans #GodBlessAmerica <\/strong><\/p>\n
